“The art describes emotions, the wine lets you smell their fragrance”.
Description
Nero ERON
Nero Eron is produced from an accurate selection of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Montepulciano grapes.
The harvest is manual and after the pressing the must is left with the skins for approximately ten days.
After the drawing, the 70% of the mixture sits for 8 months in steel barrels and the 30% in barrique to complete its ageing process in the bottle.
The prestigious label was made by the famous artist from Rimini, Davide Salvadei, with the artistic pseudonym Eron.
Its colour is deep ruby red.
On the nose it shows spicy hints of pepper, liquorice and rhubarb, followed by an explosion of alcohol soaked fruit (sour cherry and blackberry).
On the palate it is intense and quite tannic, but also tasty at the end.
It pairs with elaborate dishes (e.g. pappardelle al cinghiale), roasted meat and seasoned cheese.
